This improvement project aims to better support teams in an organization that is constantly growing, and at a very rapid pace.
The objective was to identify, activity by activity, the areas in which better collaboration, clarification, or simplification of working methods, whether in processes or organizations, was needed through an in-depth analysis of each activity.
AI could be offered to support teams.
Three major developments in recent years:
Rise of compliance and export control activities (following recommendations from the authorities)
Integration of Public Affairs in 2024
Creation of the Commercial activity in 2024
A 2022 "My Working Environment" survey revealed a certain operational and organizational inefficiency in this sector (inadequate or need-to-be-improved working methods, duplication of tasks, lack of cooperation between teams, etc.).
The purpose of this survey was to give employees in the L function a voice in order to officially raise everyday issues within their job/organization.
Regarding PSychosocial Risks (PSR), the most numerous cases are identified in the export control department.
The next SEC will be held on 30 April 2025.
