FO Airbus SAS secures Shuttle Service 🚍 Concordia > Sequoia!

23/06/2025

For several months, the difficulties encountered with the service provider "In Situ" have deeply degraded the quality of our corporate catering service at the Copernic/Galilée and DL51 (Landing) sites. Some self-service restaurants on Campus 2 are also very busy during peak hours, leading employees from these sites to regularly travel with their personal vehicles to the Sequoia and Star restaurants located at the JLL site. The implementation, even temporary, of a food truck not offering sufficient nutritional variety does not satisfy the almost 700 employees from SID (Tech Data) and SD (Digital for S) functions working in these 2 buildings outside the Airbus Campuses.

FO Acts and Obtains a Concrete Solution

Faced with these observations, FO has interpellated the Airbus Management to find lasting solutions: a shuttle now serves the Sequoia self-service restaurant every Tuesday and Thursday from these buildings. This will allow employees from Copernic/Galilée and DL51 to benefit from a quality catering offer. Furthermore, the nearly 250 employees under Airbus Operations contract working at Copernic will now be able to have lunch twice a week in a self-service restaurant managed by the Airbus Operations CSE.

Your Participation is Essential

Management stated that a regular analysis of this shuttle's ridership will be carried out. This is why we strongly encourage all employees from the Copernic, Galilée, and DL51 sites to massively use this new service. Your mobilization is crucial to demonstrate the need and ensure the sustainability of this shuttle.

FO will continue to be demanding with Airbus management to ensure that corporate catering, which is one of the levers for quality of life at work, remains a priority. FO expects from management:

  • The rapid resumption of the Kiosque's catering service under satisfactory sanitary conditions and in compliance with collective catering rules.
  • The perpetuation of the shuttle if its ridership proves sufficient.

We will continue to keep you informed of progress on these matters.
