The AISC budget is composed of:
AEP = operating budget
ASC = social and cultural works budget (committee budgets)
Below is the breakdown of the use of grants across the various committees in 2024.
Treasurer Xavier Castello (elected FO) confirms that the AISC's net income in 2024 is beneficial.
The balance sheet has been reviewed and certified without reservation by the statutory auditor.

As a reminder, the delivery target for 2025 is set at 820 aircraft.

Since the beginning of 2025, 4 work accidents with lost time have been recorded, compared to 6 accidents in 2024.
For 2025, the overall accident statistics show:
29 Work Accidents (WCAs) with lost time
29 WCAs without lost time
43 Minor WCAs or first aid
146 Near Misses

9 WCAs excluded from the TF1
16 Commuting Accidents
There has been an increase in commuting accidents (55 in total since January 1, 2025).
A more detailed analysis of the root causes will be presented at a future CSE to determine the reasons for WCAs at the request of the FO during the meeting. Cycling is a particularly high-impact mode of travel for commuting accidents (37 accidents since 01/01/2025).
We also note an increase in the TF1 rate, with an increase in reports of accidents related to psychosocial risks

Report of the procurement commission
The AISC Procurement Committee reviewed the calls for tenders issued in 2024 for 2025, particularly for travel, children's stays, and catering services.
The committee ensures compliance with purchasing procedures, such as the consultation of at least three service providers and the objectivity of selection criteria. No irregularities were noted for the calls for tenders submitted, confirming compliance with AISC's internal procedures.
