The last CSSCT-E was held on September 12, 2025.
1) Review of workplace and commuting accidents (specific focus on commuting accidents).
The number of commuting accidents at the end of August 2025 will remain stable compared to 2024, and the FR1 will remain stable at 0.35.
2) Information on the EASY ACCESS project.
The objective of this project is to ensure compliance of the Airbus SAS site (Campus 1, 2, 3, and 4, and the Leadership campus) with regard to accessibility for people with reduced mobility (PRM), whether in terms of buildings, pathways, and specific facilities (sidewalks) for Airbus shuttles. For employees with disabilities who require additional information, a generic email address is available: easy.access@airbus.com.
3) Information on the establishment of the Cyberschool on Campus 1.
Since September 2025, approximately 70 work-study students (with Airbus employment contracts) have arrived from St Eloi at MQ1, Campus 1. Classrooms and a lab with an isolated network have been set up for cybersecurity training.
4) Semi-Automatic Defibrillators (SAD).
The HEART CONFORME 2026 project involves the harmonization of assistance and resuscitation equipment in the field. An inventory identified approximately 100 existing defibrillators. Only 66 will be maintained and distributed throughout the various buildings. Their locations will be visible on the Site Map app.
5) High5+ Information Point.
We were presented with a mid-year report. Regarding energy and water consumption, we are just below the target, which leaves little room for uncertainty. Regarding waste, the target will be met. Finally, regarding volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and CO2, data will be available at the end of the year.
6) Medical Service Update (Psychosocial Risks: PSR).
The Occupational Health Service presented the indicators related to PSR for the first half of 2025.
All visits to the medical service revealed the following levels of impairment and severity (levels 1 to 5):
- Level 1: 44% (low level of health impairment)
- Level 2: 21% (higher level of impairment)
- Level 3: 26% (level of impairment with sick leave)
- Levels 4 and 5: 9% (very high level of impairment, repetitive and/or long absences)
This issue will require ongoing monitoring to measure its evolution and raise awareness of this issue among all populations.
7) FM Service Update.
