To the Central Union Delegates FO, CFE-CGC, CFTC
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have received your letter of May 5th regarding employee concerns about the evolution of remote work.
Management has indeed begun a review of the balance between remote work and on-site presence, in order to strengthen our collective dynamic. The Human Resources Department is fully involved in this strategic approach initiated by our Executive Committee.
We are currently working on defining the framework for implementing these guidelines.
Our objective is to reconcile these on-site requirements with respect for the commitments of the 2024 group agreement and the potential logistical constraints you raise (capacity, catering).
A comprehensive communication from Management will clarify these arrangements shortly.
We will be sure to contact you again at that time to continue our discussions.
Please accept, Sir/Madam, the expression of my highest regards.
Sadika HOUARI
HR Director, Commercial Aircraft France

Considerations of the FO, CFE-CGC, and CFTC Unions
Our trade unions, FO, CFE-CGC, and CFTC, have taken note of the discussions initiated by Management regarding the balance between remote work and on-site presence.
In this regard, we reiterate that remote work is now a structural element of our organization and a fundamental pillar of quality of work life.
While it is not an acquired right, it remains a key driver of attractiveness, work-life balance, and employee engagement and efficiency.
The current agreement places management at the heart of the implementation of this system, allowing for local adaptation to serve efficiency and collective needs. Any questioning of the current arrangements cannot be considered without a factual analysis of the reasons behind these orientations, the associated logistical constraints, and the social impact.
That is why the FO, CFE-CGC and CFTC alliance has officially requested a meeting with the Management of Airbus Commercial to discuss this priority topic.
