The AISC Social Support Committee supports, advises, and recommends the most appropriate measures for employees facing family and/or health-related difficulties.
The Social Support Committee reviews cases prepared by the Social Workers at Airbus SAS, to determine the most appropriate type of assistance.
EXISTING SUPPORT SCHEMES:

EXISTING SUPPORT SCHEMES:
- Healthcare cost assistance: reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses related to disability, incapacity, an accident at work or a chronic/disabling illness, subject to means-testing.
- Financial assistance for families: provision of repayable loans or non-repayable financial aid for difficult social situations.
- Personal care assistance: coverage of 50% of the costs of employing a home help where medically necessary, subject to an annual limit.
- Contribution towards funeral costs.

- NEW Increase in the contribution towards funeral costs; the ceiling rises from €3,000 to €4,000.
- NEW Contribution towards legal fees related to divorce/separation, subject to means-testing.
