The 15th congress of the UCI-FO federation (Union of Cadres and Engineers), which takes place every 4 years, was held in Arras (62) under the chairmanship of Frédéric Souillot, General Secretary of the FO Confederation, in the presence of over a hundred delegates, cadres from both the private and public sectors.
