FMD 2025 Declaration Deadline: Dec 31, 2025
The Forfait Mobilité Durable (FMD) or Sustainable Mobility Package allows you to receive a contribution from Airbus towards your home-to-work travel expenses. The total annual ceiling is set at €300 per calendar year, which can be combined across the different measures listed below, according to the agreement signed by FO on June 28, 2024, concerning employee mobility between their usual residence and usual workplace.
FMD Public Transport (Single Tickets)
This scheme covers the reimbursement of public transport costs (train, bus, tram, metro, public bus, or public bike) for employees who do not have a weekly, monthly, or annual subscription.

| Supporting Documents | 1. Sworn Statement (Attestation sur l'honneur) mandatory Airbus format. 2. Unitary supporting documents with proof of payment (tickets, recharge receipts dated the day of travel). |
| Important Note | "10-trip tickets" or group purchases of single tickets are not eligible. Each trip must be entered as a separate reimbursement line in KDS Neo. |

FMD Carpooling & FMD Personal Bicycle
These measures provide a financial contribution based on the number of home-to-work trips made per year (for carpooling drivers/passengers or cyclists).

🚴 Specific Supporting Documents
FMD Carpooling: Sworn Statement (Airbus format) and trip justification issued by the carpooling provider.
FMD Bicycle: Sworn Statement (Airbus format) and a daily detail of the trips made by bicycle.
Cost Center: The employee's cost center is required.
