For the second year , FO has launched a survey to assess well-being at work.
We are sharing the table summarizing the results and their evolution from 2024 to 2025:
One initial observation is clear: the majority of indicators are deteriorating.
Two significant changes should be noted:
- First, an increase (+26 points) in the perceived negative impact of work on health, most likely linked to the reduced ability to disconnect.
This observation is also reflected in a significant and growing number of psychosocial risks within the company.
Faced with these problems, don't remain alone! We are here to listen you, support you, and discuss with your manager or HRBP if necessary.
- Second, a drop (-14pts ) in satisfaction with development opportunities, which may be a consequence of the significant decline in recognition, meaning, and the perceived value of your work. This situation can also be explained by the lack of clarity surrounding the conditions for changes in employee job classifications, particularly the impossibility of being promoted within one's current position even if the classification criteria have changed. FO is not giving up on this issue. We recently asked Management to open discussions on classifications, with the specific objective of obtaining greater flexibility. We will keep you informed.
Regarding parking problems, we have relayed your feedback, and work has been completed or is underway/planned for the bicycle parking areas:
👉Behind the M06: 160 bicycle spaces + 6 cargo spaces, 25 scooter spaces, 120 lockers, 1 repair station. Parking available since January 2026.
👉M30: 146 bicycles (covered except for 30 spaces), 125 lockers, 4 cargo spaces, 1 repair station. EIS April 2026.
👉Campus 2 (near the infirmary): 60 bicycle spaces, 125 lockers, 6 cargo spaces, 1 repair station, 14 motorcycle spaces. EIS March 2026
👉5 repair stations in Blagnac, located in the Gascogne, P06, B58, P22, and PL22.
👉A repair station has been requested at the M24 level; this will be considered for 2026.
👉2026 Projects: Campus 2 with 594 bicycle spaces + JLL (approximately 100 spaces).
👉Blagnac Campus 1 Gascogne
The footpath will be renovated between the Gascogne parking lot and the west end of MQ3. EIS end of January / beginning of February 2026.
👉M01 shelter: double racks
As is: 62 bicycle spaces → To Be: 124. Installation planned for March-April 2026.
👉Regarding access, the Velasquez entrance/exit has been redesigned for improved flow and safety.
👉Concerning car parks, the survey shows that your concerns remain stable. This remains a sensitive issue; reconstruction work on the Bellonte entrance car parks has begun, with completion scheduled for 2027 (more details to follow after the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee meeting on March 31).
Finally, your satisfaction with the staff catering service remains stable compared to last year.
👉A new, higher-quality offering, along with the renovation of restaurants R01, R02, and R06, was implemented starting in May 2025.
This survey will be repeated at the end of 2026 to continue monitoring progress on the various topics. FO Thank you for your participation.
