We (FO and CFE-CGC unions), like the employees, have taken note of our CEO's European communication regarding teleworking.
Without questioning the employer's responsibility in matters of work organization, FO and CFE-CGC unions have already contacted the French Human Resources Department to obtain clarifications on several points raised in this communication.
In particular, we would like to know the terms of its potential implementation in France, in light of the provisions of the Teleworking agreement signed by the majority in 2024, which remains the applicable framework for the employees concerned.
