The last CSSCT-E was held on June 19, 2026.
1) Review of workplace and commuting accidents.
As of June 16, 2026, six workplace accidents resulting in time off work have been recorded.
The Airbus SAS FR1 (Frequency Rate 1) stands at 0.53, which is the target figure for Airbus SAS.
2) Facility Management (FM) update.
- Building B26 has been handed over, and the final moves for the Skywise workforce will take place in September. A site visit by the CSSCT-E will be organized after the summer break.
- The B58 parking garage (multi-story) will undergo partial renovation (stairwells and elevators), with work scheduled for completion in December 2027.
- Bicycle parking :
° Additional bicycle spaces have been set up on the ground floor of B58 (multi-story garage).
° By the end of 2027, a new bicycle parking facility with 600 spaces will be created near B49 (medical center).
3) Occupational Health Service, update on areas with Psychosocial Risk (PSR) factors.
A review of PSRs for the first quarter of 2026 will be presented at the next quarterly CSSCT meeting, allowing time for medical staff to analyze the data using the new PADOA medical software tool.
4) Managing extreme heat : presentation of the 2026 action plan.
Weather alert bulletins for managers were launched in June. Plans are in place to start this process earlier in the year next time.
Portable air conditioning units are available for emergency situations (breakdowns or cooling system overload).
Over the coming months and years, air conditioning systems will be gradually replaced by "tropicalized" units capable of withstanding very high temperatures, thereby reducing the risk of failure.
5) R06 catering facility status.
Following the discovery of foreign objects in the meals of diners at R06, an investigation was conducted with the restaurant management.
The Catering Quality Committee involved in this process called for strong measures and a robust action plan to eliminate this risk and ensure the health and safety of employees.
The next quarterly meeting of the CSSCT-E will be held on September 18, 2026.
