Once a year and per person, the SNCF allows you to request a reduced-price train ticket for annual leave.
đźš…What is the SNCF annual leave ticket?
The SNCF offers to benefit from a guaranteed 25% discount on your round trip of at least 200 kilometers in France, on almost all journeys in France.
Your loved ones benefit from the same reduction if they live under the same roof as you and travel with you, namely:
đźš…your spouse
đźš…your children under 21
đźš…your parents, if you are single.
To do this, you must:
1 / Apply for your leave in myHR (be careful, it must have been validated by your manager before sending the form to Reward Operations)
2 / Download and complete the SNCF online form
3 / Send it to Reward Operations via Service Now HR Direct who will return it to you completed and signed.
4/ Submit the completed and signed form online with the help of the SNCF chatbot called TOUTOUI by typing “annual ticket” to initiate the conversation.

FO had committed during the election campaign at the end of 2023 to allow you to benefit from the AISC subsidy on trains. This is now possible from January 1, 2025 via a new service made available to you, based on the “dry flights” model.
To do this, go to the AISC website > Holidays/Travel section > Dry flights -Trains-Ferries
After your trip, keep your supporting documents and then submit your subsidy application to partially reimburse your trip on the AISC website.
- AISC subsidy -> 30%
- 5€/person deductible
- Travel insurance not included
- "Individual Holidays" subsidy ceiling -> €500 per person per year (per calendar year, within the limit of the overall AISC annual ceiling)
đźš…To supplement the existing train travel reimbursement schemes, note the possibility of reimbursement (annual or monthly) of your public transport subscription (train, bus, bicycle). To do this, you must submit a transport reimbursement request.

Please note that the reimbursement rate has increased from 50% to 80% from July 2024 (100% reimbursement for disabled employees) thanks to FO negotiations as part of the Sustainable Mobility Package agreement.
The reimbursement request can be retroactive up to 6 months maximum.
Only subscriptions, whether weekly, monthly or annual, are eligible for reimbursement.
