The Catering Quality Commission chaired by Marianne SAGOT, FO representative, was informed of the result of the catering call for tenders. FO is pleased with the many advances made on this new contract, in particular thanks to the discussions that took place during the committee meetings in 2024.
Our collaboration has made it possible to propose, through this new contract, an offer that seems to us to be more qualitative in several respects:
- Promoting the supply of French products
- Removal of 45 carcinogenic additives
- Strict application of the EGALIM law at the level of the organic offer
- Increase in quality labels: RED / LOCAL / ORGANIC / FRENCH Label
- Increase in the organic offer (all eggs will be organic)
- Increase in the vegetarian offer
- Offer of French meats and vegetables
- Reduction of the Smart Menu at €4.05
- Proposal of a Super Smart Menu at €3.70 with starter + main course or main course + dessert
Following discussions about the congestion in our restaurants, this new contract plans to refresh the distribution areas of restaurants R01, R02 and R06 by proposing new concepts in particular.
To complete the result of this call for tenders, we announce the opening of a brasserie at R06.
Finally, note a change for R02: its management will be entrusted to Elior from April 25, 2025.
The new catering offer will be deployed on April 28, 2025 in all Airbus SAS self-service restaurants.
