The last Group negotiation meeting on the seniority point and the SMH salary scale was held on March 18.
Management made the following final proposals:
❑ Change in the seniority point to 50% of the highest salary policy in the Airbus Group as of January 1, 2026, for two years, followed by a review meeting in early 2027.
This calculation method, advocated by FO, guarantees a change in the seniority point for the next two years. It also allows for a joint adjustment by taking into account the highest level of salary policy for all. Finally, it allows this change to be compared with cumulative inflation in 2027.
As a reminder: in previous years, often only the level of the General Increase was taken into account.
❑ Change in the SMH pay scale of 1.78% across the 14 levels subject to negotiation (classes 3 to 16) in the Airbus Group as of January 1, 2026.

Finally, the FO Group's unions are thinking of the employees of the Metallurgy branch who will not see any change in their SMH pay scales in 2025.
FO had clearly stated its desire to sign the national agreement negotiated with the UIMM, but unfortunately, we were the only ones! For FO, 0.9% would have been better than 0.
Furthermore, FO is asking Management to keep its 2024 commitment and to initiate a "Career Development" consultation as soon as possible, in which FO will continue to raise its request for inclusion in the SMH in the event of iso-classification mobility, among other things...
