For 2024, two key elements stand out:
- An increase in visits related to Psychosocial Risks (PSR).
- A continued high number of workplace accidents, particularly involving bicycles.
For 2025:
- Continued deployment of GEH EVRPS (Homogeneous Exposure Group for Psychosocial Risk Assessments), and implementation of action plans, with the aim of covering all departments of the company.
- Continued training and awareness-raising activities, strengthening safety rules (e.g., cell phone use), and analyzing the root causes of commuting accidents, primarily involving bicycles.
4) Information on changes to the Internal Regulations.
A reminder of the rules set out in the Internal Regulations was provided, with some changes.
