-
A220 Customer Structural Support (1SABC)

Public holidays: every day worked = 1 day of compensatory time off
Replacement: use of team members on standard schedules, rolling schedule communicated over 4 weeks

FO Positions
- FO welcomes the creation of new positions at the Blagnac site, to reinforce existing teams.
- During negotiations, FO obtained a guarantee that employees joining these new arrangements will do so exclusively on a voluntary basis, with the remaining teams continuing on the current schedule. Should Management wish to extend the scope to other activities requiring "continuous service over 7 days," and beyond the simple "information and consultation" stipulated in the agreement, FO will fully play its role in the social dialogue to provide the employees concerned with the necessary guarantees.
- The management proposes to reopen negotiations in 2026 on the initial "Airtac" agreement, dating from July 16, 2002. FO is now available to listen to your concerns and share your expectations.
Please feel free to contact your representatives.
