The last CSSCT-E was held on December 05, 2025.
1) Review of workplace and commuting accidents / FR1.
The number of commuting accidents remained stable at the end of November 2025 (downward trend). The FR1 target is 0.5 for 2025, it is currently 0.47.
2) FM Service Update.
Elevator Status in Buildings B06, B03, B22, B29, and on the footbridge between campuses 1 and 2 & 3:
Work will take place from March 2025 to May 2026.
This work consists of the complete renovation, compliance upgrades, and modernization of these elevators.
Building B26:
- Delivery Q2 2026.
Work at the SERVANTY entrance:
- Since December 8, 2025. - Pedestrian and accessibility improvements will be implemented Q1 2026.
Work at the BELLONTE entrance:
- Work will take place from December 8, 2025, to June 30, 2027.
Restaurant Work:
- The restaurant renovations planned for 2025 have been completed.
A project to display the occupancy rate of parking lots P22 and Santos Dumont is planned for 2026, with implementation in 2027.
The next quarterly meeting of the CSSCT-E will be held on March 20, 2026.
