The last CSSCT-E was held on September 18, 2026.

1) Review of workplace and commuting accidents..


As of August 31, 2026, 7 workplace accidents resulting in time off work have been recorded.
The Airbus SAS FR1 (Frequency Rate 1) stands at 0.52, against a target of 0.53.

2) Occupationnal Health Service: update on areas involving Psychosocial Risck (PSR)..

Data for the first quarter of 2026:
- 433 consultations for PSR at AI SAS (2.43% of employees).
- A higher proportion observed among women.

Occupational health services recommend that employees seek consultation at the first sign of issues (employee-initiated visits to occupational health are strictly confidential).

3) Part-time work arrangements and medical accomodations.

Therapeutic Part-Time Work (maximum duration of 6 months):

- A phased return-to-work scheme compensated by Social Security via a standard administrative form (CERFA).


- Terms defined jointly by the occupational physician, the HRBP, and the manager, then forwarded to the payroll department (Reward).


- Volume: 157 cases in the first half of 2026 (between 600 and 1,000 per year for Commercial Aircraft).

Part-Time Work for Personal Convenience and Medical Reasons:


Based on the Group QVCTG (Quality of Life and Working Conditions) agreement. Initiated via the HRBP upon the occupational physician's recommendation (no CERFA form required).
Formalized via a contract amendment renewable on December 31 (often combined with a disability pension).


Medical remote work: 427 accommodation requests processed during the first six months of 2026.

4)Decarbonation and enegy projects. ENGIE geothermal partnership.

- Installation of geothermal heat pumps with vertical probes (cooling recovery in summer and heat recovery in winter).
- Campus 1: Location behind MQ3 extending to the Gascogne car park (commissioning scheduled for 2029).
- Campus 2: Location at the Velazquez North car park (geothermal + photovoltaic canopies; commissioning scheduled for 2029).

5) Car and bicycle parking.

Car parking:
- To offset delays with the P1/P2 car parks on the Bellonte side, several options are being studied: B28 (+60 spaces), D50 (+80 spaces, acquisition of DGA land), and Velazquez North (+96 spaces).
- Project for dynamic signage displaying the number of available spaces at car park entrances.
- Enhanced monitoring of P22 (numerous near-miss reports logged in FISH).

Bicycle parking and VélôToulouse:
- Current occupancy rate for bicycle parking is approximately 66%.
- Project B49: Converting car parking spaces into a large bicycle parking facility with 494 spaces (delivery early 2027; study underway to preserve trees). Addition of changing rooms planned for 2027.
- Installation of additional bike racks at P22, H10, P58, and the Clerc car park.
- VélôToulouse: Current usage rate of 16 rentals/day at Velazquez and 18 at Servanty. Expansion under review with Blagnac/Tisséo: addition of 7 stations in Colomiers by the end of September, with another 8 stations to be added by the end of 2027.

6) Construction and Facilities Forecast.

- Campus 1 Project P1/P2: Entry-into-service date currently being finalized for the next quarterly CSSCT-E meeting.
- Building B04: Installation of accessible (ADA-compliant) restrooms (men/women) on all floors in 2027.
- R06 Dining Facility: Study underway to enclose certain outdoor areas to increase winter seating capacity.
