Dear Mr. HR Director,
In accordance with the annual Group agreement regarding the wage policy for Airbus Group employees in France, signed on March 6, 2026, Management committed to convening the signatory trade unions—FO, CFE-CGC, CFTC, and CFDT—during the fourth quarter of 2026.
Given the industrial relations climate within Airbus—both in France and across Europe—as well as the national context (particularly regarding purchasing power), and in line with FO’s consistent desire to maintain proactive social dialogue, our union requests that this meeting be held as soon as possible.
This meeting at the Airbus Group level in France must take place before discussions begin within the Group’s various individual companies.
I therefore ask that you provide me, as soon as possible, with the schedule established for the commencement of these discussions.
