CATERING: LUNCH BREAK ANXIETY!

Thank you for responding to our survey on the restaurant business, a subject that concerns you all.

 

85% of you eat out 2 to 3 times a week.

The observation shared by 70% of you is that restaurants are close to saturation, which means a lot of waiting. 

30% of you are already shifting your lunch times, either before noon or after 1pm.

 

The lunch break has sometimes become a time of stress for you, when it should on the contrary be synonymous with relaxation, well-being and conviviality.

On the basis of your feedback, FO is once again asking management to come up with a long-term solution to improve reception conditions in the restaurants, starting with R06: enlarging rooms, new restaurants, adjusting reception capacity, etc...

 

One short-term solution would be to set up an application to view restaurant occupancy in real time, a point favored by 83% of employees surveyed. 

 

Another solution would be to convert the R06 terrace into an enclosed area that could be used at any time of year.

 

When it comes to value for money, opinions vary from one restaurant to another.

At the top of the list of most favorable opinions :

 

🥇53% for B55 

🥈26% for R06

🥉24% for R01 

 

The quality of the welcome given to employees in company restaurants makes a major contribution to well-being in the workplace, and FO will continue to raise this issue with management.
