This July 16, 2024, FO signed the Group agreement relating to QLWC (Quality of Life and Working Conditions) which is structured around 3 main topics:
- Prevention of professional disintegration and continued employment,
- Prevention of psychosocial risks,
- New rules regarding teleworking.
This agreement will allow the physical and mental health of all employees to be taken into account throughout their careers, by developing a real culture of prevention.
It will also contribute to a better balance between private and professional life through new advances defended by FO with regard to teleworking:
- The new rule will allow for 2 days of teleworking on average per worked week, with monthly management. This means the end of the constraint of minimum 3 days of presence on site each week.
- Possibility of teleworking for 1/2 day, once a week (note: counting a 1/2 day of teleworking will only be possible from January 2025 because this requires a modification of the HR tool In the meantime, when a 1/2 day of teleworking is carried out, 1 full day of teleworking will be deducted)
- Possibility of teleworking from 2 locations: home and another declared location, in France.
- For those who cannot do regular teleworking, the quota of occasional teleworking will be increased to 30 days/year (compared to 15 today).
Note: regular and occasional teleworking cannot be combined.
This agreement will enter into force on September 1, 2024 for a period of 4 years.
A review point will be made after 2 years to discuss feedback. As such, FO remains at your disposal, do not hesitate to contact us!
