The Management of Airbus Commercial, through the voice of Christian SCHERER, convened the European bodies representing the group on July 4, 2024 to present the situation
of Airbus Commercial to date, and the new roadmap in terms of Economic and Industrial objectives in view of the global context.
A letter was then sent on July 11 to all staff to inform of the launch of the “LEAD! ” project, aimed at improving our performance.
This cost optimization project will have a differentiated impact on the various activities of our Airbus Operations and Airbus SAS establishments.
FO therefore expects Management to provide more information during the next CSE-C of September 2024, starting to specify the possible impacts for employees of our Toulouse sites.
Indeed, the announcement of this “LEAD! ” project leads to legitimate questions from the employees, and sometimes worry.
Whatever happens, you can count on FO to guarantee that everything will be put in place so that this project takes place in the best possible conditions, with the right necessary levels of communication, listening and support.
