Transfer of Time Saving Account days to PERCOL

Until December 2, 2024, you have the possibility of placing up to a maximum of 10 days of Short  Term (ST) TSA or Long Term (LT) TSA toPERCOL, in an advantageous tax framework and with a 40% contribution from the company. Beyond 10 days, there is no income tax exemption or additional contribution.

The gross value of a day is obtained by dividing the gross monthly salary by 22 (for non cadres, seniority must be added to the monthly salary before dividing by 22). The total gross amount is obtained by multiplying by the number of days to be invested.

This gross sum is supplemented by 40%, up to a maximum of 16% of the annual social security ceiling (i.e. €7,418 gross for 2024).

This contribution is in addition to that of 80%, capped at €600 gross annually, on voluntary payments to PERCOL.

The total amount obtained (days + contribution) is exempt from income tax but subject to CSG/CRDS (9.7%). The monetization of days is also subject to reduced social charges (around 7.2%).

These sums placed in the PERCOL are blocked until retirement (except in the case of early release).

This placement is carried out on the Hub on myHR/Services/Administrative Services/Services Request/Transfer of TSA days to PERCOL.
 

Monetary investment in Time Saving Account

Until December 9, 2024, cadres have the possibility of transforming all or part of the annual bonus deposit into the ST TSA.

This deposit, negotiated at 8.33% of the annual salary since January 1, 2024 as part of the new Airbus social status (i.e. 1/12th of the annual salary, equivalent to a 13th month) allows to obtain in its entirety approximately 22 days of TSA.

This monetary payment, open all year round, is made on the Hub, on myHR/Services/Administrative Services/Service request/Monetary investment in TSA.

The days thus obtained will be visible on your ST TSA  from December 18, allowing you, if you wish, to transfer them to the LT TSA before the end of 2024 (and therefore will be counted on the quota of 40 days max. in 2024).

As a reminder, the maximum number of days on the ST TSA is capped at 30 days.
