During December 2024, one work accident with stoppage were recorded
Consequently, the accident frequency rate over the last 12 rolling months is for the Airbus SAS scope is:

1,59 for the FR1 rate for the Airbus Commercial Aircraft perimeter at the end of August 2024
In 2024, 6 accidents were recorded vs. 14 accidents in 2023
Over the year 2024, the overall accident rate has been as follows:

Among the TOP 10 root causes, falls on the same level remain the leading cause.
We also count 113 home-work accidents recorded in 2024, of which 65 concern bicycles/scooters, 19 cars and 15 motorcycles/scooters. 32 of them required a work stoppage
For FO It would be interesting to know if these bicycle accidents occur near and/or at the entrances to Airbus SAS sites.
The Airbus Commercial Aircraft objective for the year 2024 has been set at 1.95 and the Airbus SAS 2024 objective remains < 1
As a reminder, the FR1 rate taken into account for the calculation of the incentive bonus is that of the ACA (Airbus Commercial Aircraft) scope.
CSSCT-E Extraordinary Debrief of January 15, 2025
The following main topic was reviewed during the meeting:
Specific point: Works on Rue Velasquez
The works are being undertaken in 3 separate phases, each of which has specific constraints. To facilitate the flow of employees between Saint Martin and Blagnac, and in the event that significant disruptions are observed with the current arrangements, FO recommends that the frequency of shuttle No. 2 be increased during peak hours in the morning and evening.
Particular attention should also be paid to the Crabe and Crabe Nord car parks so that they are not saturated by Airbus SAS employees.

Information and consultation on the update of the Hyperbaric Safety Manual (CSSCT-E of December 3, 2024) - vote
A presentation has been made by Patrick BOSSE on the Hyperbaric Safety Manual as it was presented in CSSCT-E on November 15, 2024.
Patrick BOSSE also answered all the questions during and after the presentation to the members of our committee.
A document was provided, as part of the certification relating to companies carrying out hyperbaric work and following the QUALIANOR decision of 11/15/2024, informing us that the certification has been granted.
Airbus can now report the certification to our customers and other interested parties in accordance with the applicable QUALIANOR procedures.
This certification is valid until November 14, 2028.
The CSSCT committee had also taken the opinion of Occupational Medicine (Doctor Nadine ROUSSEL) who validates the medical part.
Given all the responses, opinions and documents provided, the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Commission therefore recommends that the CSE-E representatives vote in favour.
FO will therefore give a favourable opinion.
Information on organizational developments at 1T Aircraft of Tomorrow R&T
The organizational adaptation that was presented in CSE had the following objectives:
The integration and validation of complex and multi-component multidisciplinary functions.
A single team piloting all integration topics and developing all technologies for a function of the aircraft and its industrial system.
Collaboration and internal transparency between the One & O functions, an acceleration of convergence, an increase in the value of the selected technology.
Efficiency by improving our collaborative approach with the eAction program, and an alignment on critical topics.
The distribution of the number of positions in each Natcos (France, Germany, Spain and UK) will be slightly impacted with this reorganization since with the potential creation of a position in Spain and Germany the balance will be to the disadvantage of France.
