As a reminder, the delivery target for 2025 is set at 820 aircraft.
Accidentology Airbus SAS - FR1 (Airbus Déclaration)
Since the beginning of 2025, two work accidents with stoppage were recorded
Consequently, the accident frequency rate over the last 12 rolling months is for the Airbus SAS scope is:
0.35 for the FR1 rate for the Airbus SAS perimeter at the end of March 2025
1,43 for the FR1 rate for the Airbus Commercial Aircraft perimeter at the end of March 2025
As a reminder, 6 accidents were recorded in 2024
For the year 2025, the global accidentology shows
18 Work Accidents (AT) with stoppage
19 AT without stoppage
32 minor AT or first aid
101 almost accidents
The Airbus Commercial objective for the year 2025 has been set at 1.40 and the Airbus SAS 2024 objective 0.5

Information on the 2024 Occupational Health Service activity report
For 2024, we are seeing record activity, a sign of strong demand.
Employees monitored: 10,617 Airbus SAS + 1,229 subsidiaries, representing nearly 12,000 people. Apprentices: 625; temporary workers: 465.
Medical visits: 5,767 in 2024 (+15% vs. 2023). In detail:
3,178 mandatory periodic visits as well as 778 return-to-work/pre-return-to-work visits after work stoppage (460 in 2023) and 2,231 "on-demand" visits, including 1,628 directly requested by employees—a valuable indicator of confidence in the service.
Regarding vaccinations, 945 employees have been vaccinated, including 450 for influenza and 305 for DTP. 500 doses for influenza are already planned for 2025, demonstrating anticipation.
Regarding the conclusion of work-related disabilities and work-related adjustments, we note the increase in MSDs and PSRs. Thus, 3,324 simple monitoring certificates were issued and 1,753 certificates with work-related adjustments (a marked increase with 881 actual adjustments (658 employees) compared to 639 in 2023), mainly related to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and psychosocial risks (PSRs).
It should be noted that 5 cases of total incapacity were recorded and 3 cases of incapacity with reassignment. This is a modest figure, but each case merits individualized monitoring.
Regarding long-term sick leave, 35% of return-to-work visits are linked to PSRs (the leading cause), followed by mental illnesses and osteoarticular diseases (dorsal lumbar, lower limbs, and shoulders). At the same time, 802 medical consultations related to PSRs were carried out with 345 employees, including 114 employees who reached index 4 (risk of depression/sick leave). These data therefore call for a strengthened action plan.
The feedback on the EVREST questionnaire (work perception) shows that 1,304 questionnaires were completed (–8% vs. 2,023) and that 81% of respondents rate their health status between 7 and 10 out of 10, but the items "workload," "interruptions," and "autonomy" remain sensitive.
Among the 2024 health promotion activities, the agenda was quite full, with Health and Safety Days, ergonomics and sedentary lifestyle workshops, sleep campaigns, the Cancer Plan (Blue March, Pink October), smoking cessation, Disability Week, and neurodiversity conferences. This is a significant momentum that must be sustained.
The 2025 outlook will allow for the deployment of the PADOA software to streamline medical monitoring, and new awareness-raising cycles (sleep, cardiovascular, MSDs, PSRs) and sectoral support will be launched.
The 2024 review of the health service confirms its pivotal role in social performance. We will support any measures strengthening teams and prevention, in a spirit of constructive but vigilant cooperation.
Information and consultation on the annual assessment of the prevention of occupational risks and the improvement of working conditions for the year 2024 and on the 2025 program - vote
By 2024, safety will have improved significantly: the workplace accident frequency rate (FR1) will fall by 57% to 0.35, and accidents reported to the CPAM (CPAM) will fall to 1.63, with a lower severity.
On the other hand, commuting accidents will increase to 65, primarily related to cycling (+30%).
The risk map identifies 943 hazards, including three deemed intolerable (traffic flow and site access) and 85 considered substantial, covering, in particular, non-company assignments, mechanical risks, working at height, and co-activity.
In total, 65% of psychosocial risk assessments (EVRPS) have already been completed.
The "Return to Green" program brings overall regulatory compliance to 82%. The key deliverables for work packages 1 to 6 (regulatory monitoring, EVR management, chemical risks, GEH, prevention plans, HSE equipment) have been finalized, and a new work package, 7, now manages cross-functional non-compliances.
Fifteen emergency drills were conducted, compared to nine the previous year, which led to the identification of thirty improvement actions.
For 2025, the strategy is structured around four areas: strengthening safety culture and communication (manager training, three "Safety 4All" campaigns on smartphones, the tertiary sector, and bicycles), intensifying prevention (disseminate EVRPSs and manage intolerable risks), rigorously applying the accident process to prevent recurrences, and continuing to manage psychosocial risks through quarterly Safety Labs.
At the SAS site, the objective is to maintain an FR1 of less than or equal to 0.5, stabilize the number of commuting accidents, analyze the root causes of cycling incidents, ensure compliance with the smartphone ban through managed e-forms, and consolidate the safety culture and the prevention of psychosocial risks through targeted events and training.
Following all the information presented, our FO organization has issued an abstention notice after reading the attached FO statement.

Consultation on the proposed cessation of activity of AiBT, a subsidiary of Airbus SAS, following the information of January 29, 2025 - vote
At the CSE meeting on April 2, 2024, Airbus Beluga Transport (AiBT) management explained that the company would cease operations and that a job protection plan (PSE) had been signed by all representative unions.
In accordance with the Florange Law, Airbus's Mergers & Acquisitions department sought a buyer, and eleven companies were contacted (five freight forwarders and six cargo companies). Nine of them declined, and the other two only agreed to preliminary discussions. One is interested in purchasing Beluga ST aircraft, while the other has not confirmed its interest.
To date, no firm takeover offer has been received.
On the same day, the CSE representatives delivered their opinions: on Book 2, which concerns the economic reasons for the cessation of operations, there were two unfavorable opinions and two abstentions. Regarding Book 4, devoted to health, safety, and working conditions, the elected representatives unanimously abstained.
The redeployment unit has already redeployed forty-three employees within the Airbus group, including eighteen at Airbus Transport International (ATI). Redeployment operations will continue until October 23, 2025. Any forced layoffs would not be considered until the end of October 2025.
Following the presentation by AiBT management representatives, our union organization, FO, issued an abstention notice after reading the attached FO statement.

Housing Commission Report
During the CSE meeting, the committee secretary provided an update on the Housing Committee's activities and reminded us that Action Logement is the leading player in facilitating access to housing and, consequently, supporting employment. The organization offers financial assistance and support services, and participates in the construction or financing of social and intermediate housing.
For rentals, employees can easily apply for social housing via the AL'in platform (company code: AIRBUSENFRANCE) and view intermediate housing offers on actionlogement.fr.
The Visale guarantee, which is completely free, covers up to 36 months of unpaid rent (9 months for students and work-study students) as well as certain damages. It is available to employees, young people aged 18 to 30, seasonal workers, and those with a mobility lease.
In addition, the LOCA-PASS advance finances the security deposit required upon moving into the accommodation, free of charge and interest.
To help you become a homeowner, Action Logement offers personalized and free support for purchasing existing properties (including social housing sales), construction, new construction (VEFA), PSLA (Professional Solidarity Lease) or Real Solidarity Lease (Bail Réel Solidaire) schemes, rental investments, as well as renegotiation, loan buyouts, and cash adjustments.
For renovations, loans of up to €10,000 at favorable rates are available for upgrading, adapting a home for people with disabilities, energy renovations, or work on common and private areas.
Two office hours are available at the B02 site: every Tuesday in room 240, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (purchase diagnostics, financing, loan consolidation, rental investment), and on Tuesdays of even weeks in room 238, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (housing searches for apprentices, renovation advice with Toulouse Métropole Rénov', Visale guarantee, social housing, legal advice from ADIL 31, file tracking).
Among the actions planned for 2025, the committee plans to organize a housing forum with Action Logement and its partners (ADIL 31, Toulouse Métropole Rénov', Notarial Office, In'li Sud-Ouest, Promologis, etc.) in the social space of the B02 building, offer a property tour to HR teams and elected officials so they can share information with employees, and strengthen communication about the confidential support service for employees in difficulty, as well as the office hours of the financing and customer relations advisors.
For any further information, FO Airbus SAS representatives Jean-François Cavaillé and Fabrice Alet remain at your disposal.
Information on ZEROe - BYZ organizational developments
The Social and Economic Committee presented a reorientation of the ZEROe pre-program, necessitated by the expected five- to ten-year shift in the development of the hydrogen ecosystem. The objective is to focus efforts on fuel cell propulsion technologies, maintain the TRL 3 technological maturity level until the end of 2025, and then achieve, in 2027, a reinforced TRL 3 capable of bridging the gap to a 100-passenger/1,000 NM configuration.
This overhaul entails the cessation of S1 flight tests (excluding upgrades to the Iron Pod and the LH2 system), the suspension of post-TRL 3 activities and pre-industrial work, and a refocusing on innovative building blocks: HT-PEM, superconductivity, and CFRP tanks.
Resources will be adjusted accordingly. As a result, 27 positions dedicated to ZEROe in France will be eliminated. To date, redeployment solutions have already been identified for 19 employees and two of the four managers concerned. The grades, contracts, and locations remain unchanged.
To secure internal mobility, several HR initiatives are planned: job dating events, group "Boosting Mobility" workshops, hiring priority for AIC/IF positions, personalized support from HRBPs with the support of MoovAir, and preferential invitations to job fairs.
Specific governance has been implemented, supported by annual reviews with all stakeholders to monitor progress, adjust workloads, and continuously assess the economic readiness and commercial viability of hydrogen.
Information on the 2025 commitment roadmap
Airbus is launching a program designed to strengthen employee pride and a sense of belonging.
The approach is based on three main pillars:
Showcasing our products and aeronautical excellence
Promoting our social commitment and CSR initiatives
Recognizing and sharing our performance culture and collective successes
Day-to-day aspects such as management, the work environment, and salary policy remain the responsibility of the relevant departments and are not part of this roadmap.
To listen to the voice of employees, a pilot panel will be formed between 2024 and 2025: 200 Airbus Commercial France employees, on permanent or work-study contracts, selected according to age, seniority, position, and gender, will be consulted to propose ideas and give their opinions. Their feedback will inform the 2025 Roadmap, which will specify concrete actions and success indicators.
The next steps involve officially launching the panel, analyzing initial findings, and gradually rolling out initiatives across the three pillars, while also preparing an internal communications plan to mobilize all teams.
The ultimate goal is to sustainably increase pride in belonging to Airbus and unite all employees around our products, our social responsibility, and our performance.
The next SEC will be held on 28 May 2025.
